Shipping & Returns
DELIVERY
Delivery dates are estimates only and the company shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from any delay in delivery. In particular we shall not be liable for any matter which results from any act of God, war or riot, extreme weather, strikes or any other events which are beyond our control. The company reserves the right to deliver Goods by instalments, each instalment being treated as a separate contract. Goods will be delivered at the point most convenient to our carrier, usually the goods inwards department or reception on the ground floor. Further transfer or installation within the purchaser’s premises, particularly for large or heavy items, must be arranged prior to delivery and will be charged extra.
RETURN OF GOODS
Standard goods will only be accepted for return after prior agreement with us and within 7 days of receipt. A handling charge may be imposed which will vary dependent on the condition of the goods when returned. Carriage charges for the outward journey plus the return of standard goods are payable by the purchaser. Bespoke goods manufactured specially for a customer will not be eligible for return.
We want you to be entirely happy with your purchases from First Choice Lockers and if within 7 Days of delivery, you decide the products we have supplied are not suitable, please contact us and we will arrange collection and credit*.
All we ask is you wrap the goods well ready for return to ensure they remain in 'as new condition' and that you cover the cost of transport, (in some instances manufacturers may also make small restocking charges).
*Excludes made-to-order / specially ordered in products. If in any doubt, please ask.
We are mainly a Business to Business supplier and for business transactions The Sale of Goods Act 1979 applies.
Domestic consumers purchasing for your own use with delivery to your home, The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations will also apply.
All products carry a minimum 12 month Warranty
